📦 Order Processing & Shipping

.🛒 Pre-Orders
We occasionally offer pre-sale items (like upcoming book releases). Here’s what you should know:
- Pre-order ship dates are listed on each product page and will not ship until the official release date.
- If you need to cancel a pre-order, email us at trevorandindiareiste@gmail.com before the book’s publish date.
- Once the book is officially published and shipped, pre-orders cannot be canceled.
- Only pre-orders are eligible for cancellation—orders for already published books are final sale.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
We want your reading experience to be amazing. While we do not accept returns, we will make it right if something goes wrong:
- All sales are final for published books and digital content.
- If your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll happily send a replacement.
